1 bunch of freshissimo Asparagus
2 tablespoons of good quality extra virgin olive oil
Half-lime
A teaspoon of Silly sesame (or two if you’re extra cheeky)
Directions
Marinate asparagus in the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, and leave aside for 5 minutes.
Heat a griddle pan on medium heat, and grill the asparagus for two minutes on each side.
Place on plate, squeeze over half-lime, and sprinkle that crunchy and tasty Silly Sesame on top.
