Boiled egg-noodles (or brown rice for gluten-free option)
Directions
Heat a large wok and add the oil all around it.
Once the oil is hot, add the onions and ginger while stirring constantly.
After a minute, add the rest of the vegetables. On high heat, stir the vegetables regularly. Sprinkle the salt over the vegetables and cook for about 5-7 minutes till the vegetables seem soft.
In a separate small bowl, mix the soy sauce and lime juice.
Pour the dressing in the stir-fry and cook for another minute while stirring regularly.
Add the noodles or brown rice and stir the wok for another 2 minutes, till the noodles (or rice) are mixed well with the vegetables.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Silly Sesame sprinkle
