Nutter Coconut Sprinkle (Pouch)
Take a whole dry coconut – whole – not halved, not desiccated. Chop it, roast it , grind it into a sprinkle and seal it in a jar – all in a matter of an hour ! We must be nutter to do it such a hard way. The proof lies in the aroma that hits you when you dig into this mildly spiced coconut sprinkle.
Serving suggestion – Mix 1 tbsp Nutter Coconut sprinkle with olive oil and drizzle over a green salad – the easiest, tastiest dressing ever. Dab over grilled salmon for a delicious crust. Sprinkle on top of squash or hot potato soup as a healthier alternative to breadcrumbs.
