Smelly Garlic Pickle
This hot garlic chilli pickle sits happily next to your cooking oil and can be added to any dish that needs a bit of garlic love. Lazily slow roasted garlic, blended with dry coconut and chillies – this smelly one would steal the heart of a garlic fiend.
We only use fresh garlic and pack as much as 250gm of fresh garlic per jar. You only need a little bit in any dish which means this jar goes a long way.
Serving suggestion – Add it at the end of preparing soups, stews, casseroles or roasted mushrooms. Mix in with omelette, swirl in through quinoa, cous-cous or rice.
