Who doesn’t love a good stir-fry ! Easy, quick and healthy. Here is our Cheeky way to add loads more flavour to your vegetarian stir-fry by some simple Silly Sesame sprinkle love.
Preparation time: 20 min
– 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil (or olive oil)
– 1 Red Onion sliced
– 1 Red pepper sliced
– 4-5 Baby corns sliced thinly
– 10-12 Mangetouts, halved
– 1 inch ginger cut in thin long strips
– Half a lime
– 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
– Handful of coriander leaves finely chopped
– 3 tbsp Silly Sesame Sprinkle
Step 1 – Heat a large wok and add the oil.
Step 2 – Once the oil is hot, add the onions and ginger while stirring constantly.
Step 3 – After a minute, add the rest of the vegetables. On high heat, stir the vegetables regularly. Cook for about 5-7 minutes till the vegetables seem soft.
Step 4 – In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce and lime juice.
Step 5 – Pour the dressing in the stir-fry and cook for another minute while stirring regularly.
Step 6 – Serve and garnish with coriander leaves and loads of Silly Sesame sprinkle
Step 7 – Enjoy while piping hot !
This recipe can also be modified to make a noodle stir-fry.
